Shipping and Returns

We primarily ship through Canada Post, but for larger packages we may use other carriers on occasion.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at service@Crescentgeek.com and we will redirect your package if possible. We will require your order number, email address and billing address in order to make any changes to your shipping address.

We charge a flat fee that starts at $6 and increases based on the size and weight of the largest item in your cart and the shipping destination. Only the largest item in your cart will be charged shipping.
Items marked with the “free shipping” tag will ship for free but do not include tracking.

Handling times can range from 1 – 3 days but are rarely more than 2 days. Holidays may extend handling times.

North America is a big place, and parts of it are quite remote. It’s hard for us to know exactly how long our packages will take to reach you, but typical shipping times range from 3 – 10 days.

We currently ship anywhere in Canada and most of the USA.

Once an order has shipping, tracking info will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
All orders include tracking with the exception of orders that qualify for free shipping.
Tracking emails are sent via Canada Post.

Currently, all orders going to Sherwood Park, Alberta qualify for free local shipping.
Your order will be delivered by Crescent Geek  and proof of delivery will be be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
No tracking will be provided, but local orders will typically be delivered within 1 – 3 days with the exception of holidays. You will be notified if an unexpected delay will extend the delivery date.

We accept returns for 30 days after delivery for all unopened products. If the packaging and products are undamaged, we will offer a full refund minus shipping charges.

We accept returns for 14 days after delivery for most opened products. If the packaging and products are undamaged, we will offer a full refund minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
*we can not accept returns for opened board games or puzzles, unless the product is defective.

Returns for defective products can be made within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will examine all defective merchandise before issuing a refund.

Once we receive your returned packaged, all qualified refunds will be issued within 7 days.
